A career spanning 46 years in various business and management roles, she retired in  2017 from Catawba Valley Community College to enjoy time with her husband.  After retiring she wrote and published her first book.  She and her husband Bob were married 39 years prior to his death in 2018.

Active in her church, she serves as leader of  women's Bible study class and enjoys singing.

Owner of Shook Holdings Company in Taylorsville, he is a business consultant/counselor, a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, and a Notary Public. He has a legacy of a long line of entrepreneurs and is interested in most facets of business. He holds multiple degrees and has taught on the collegiate level for over 16 years. He and his wife Holly have been married for 28 years and have two grown daughters. They are active in their church and community. 

A career as an accountant spanning 30+ years afforded her a variety of positions: bookkeeper, controller, accounting manager, office manager, and accounts payable specialist. Now retired she is enjoying spending time with her family. She and her husband Roy have been married 50 years, they are active in their church helping where needed.  They have two grown children and six grandchildren.

Founder and President of Alluvia HOA Management, Co-Founder of Alluvia Technologies.  In her 32-year career she has held a number of positions including: Business Operations Consultant, Community Management, Group Travel, Project Manager, Hospitality Management.  She was a volunteer with Children’s Advocacy and Protection Center.  A graduate of Gardner Webb University. She and her husband Chuck have been married 21 years.
