OUR STORY

When the Lord burdens your heart to step out into a ministry it sometimes causes hesitation, wanting to make sure it truly is the Lord’s call. Surrendering to the Lord, Haven Farms Ministries, Inc. became a reality on July 14, 2020.

What was the burden? To help Veterans by establishing a Farm. After sharing the burden with family and friends, the Lord began to speak to each of them and they were anxious to be involved. God has burdened each of us in a different way as to the role we will have in the ministry.

The Lord revealed that the Farm will be located in the foothills of North Carolina. Certain that God will reveal the property and confident He will provide the funding, the board moved forward with plans.

The vision the Lord has given for Haven Farms Ministries, is beyond anything any of those involved could have ever imagined. It is amazing to watch as the Lord leads and guides. We are all anxious to welcome our first Veterans to the Farm, to share the love of Christ, and to watch as they find peace, joy, contentment, and healing.  We are also anxious to invite the public to come share in all the Farm has to offer.

We give all of the praise and glory to the Lord for all He has done and for what He will do with Haven Farms Ministries throughout the coming years. Guided by the Holy Spirit may we all be a testament to the precious grace and love of God to all who stay at and visit the Farm.
